Out with the old...

This was part of my garden at 8am this morning.

When I got back from work early afternoon I had half a new fence. Work still going on as I type - what a transformation :)

In case you think I am the neighbour from hell - it's not quite as bad as it looks. Until we cut back all the bushes last weekend (in preparation for the new fence) you couldn't see all this and the fence was held up by intertwined branches.

Admittedly we should have replaced it 4 or 5 years ago, but it takes us ages to get around to anything. We lucked out with our house as the other (very long) side of the garden adjoins a park and we own both fences.
