RSPB Minsmere

We've had the most wonderful day at the National Trust in Dunwich (see IAE blip for today) and then on to the RSPB at Minsmere (home to the Spring Watch programme on BBC television).   It's been sunshine and blue sky all day and we must have walked about six miles through glorious countryside.   This is a crag cliff where dozens of Sand Martins had nests in the cliff face, it was wonderful to see them doing their aerobatics catching insects on the wing.
