Delight

I'm dabbling with Revolut as a means of efficient currency conversion for European and US travel.  

I ordered a Revolut MasterCard card I can use to make purchases.  It arrived the other day.

Not in a plain envelope with an annoying gummy bit sticking it to a folded sheet of A4.

No, it arrives in a card sleeve in a jiffy bag.  When you pull the tab on the right side of the sleeve, the card slides out of the left side.  

It's like magic.  I couldn't help but grin at the neatness and theatre of it all.

I LOVE that they managed to innovate something as seemingly trivial as receiving a payment card in the post, and turn it into a grin-worthy customer experience.

Now to find out if the rest of the service is any good...
