Carved in Stone

Started the Pain Management Clinic this afternoon. That's me every Friday afternoon now through August and September. Nice atmosphere despite some people showing their pain. Not stuck for a blip though, because I brought this stone back from my shore walk yesterday and had planned to use it  -  you can see why:-)  The stone is only about two inches across - quite small - so it was a piece of luck that I spotted it among all the other stones on the beach.
