A spot of exercise

This is Ian (aka BFLB). Thanks to him for leading me up the uncategorised climb - Le Col de Beachy Head.. The plain truth is, that Ian, finely tuned athlete that he is cruised up with little apparent effort and I reached the 'summit' coughing and spluttering some time later. Great views at the top, and the reward was a Long Blonde for each of us on arrival back in Bexhill.
