Fresh air

Friday 7th August 2015 (1076)

Out first thing, playing golf with a friend. We went to the same "new" course as last time. It was a good and enjoyable game but the course is shorter and I wasn't ready to finish. After some quick refreshment at home I went out on my own and played the local 9 hole course just to give me a bit extra. It's not a good course though so it wasn't as enjoyable.

Took this on my phone on the way round while I was waiting for the people in front. I was amazed how much detail the phone had picked up. 

Out with some friends for a meal this evening. 

I completed the iphotography course today with a pass mark of 98%. I only got four questions wrong, two of which were on the last module which was photoshop editing. The module was a boring video about editing portraits in photoshop (which I don't have) so I gave up and didn't do the module, just did the test! Apparently I now have a certificate for an accredited course which may help "launch me into a new and lucrative career as a professional photographer" ... and that's without having a single picture assessed, it was all theory! It has been good to do  and I can still get some feedback from the tutors on the assignments I haven't yet done, although I'm not sure whether I really learnt that much as I thought it was a bit basic and common sense at times.
