Dinner fail

I wanted to use some of the zucchini bounty from our garden so I searched for a casserole recipe that uses zucchini and ground beef.  I found one that had good reviews and I had all the ingredients, and made it. When it was ready, Mr M was on the phone, so I started without him.  After two bites, I knew he would hate it. It really had no flavor and the texture was weird. So when he sat down I told him, "Don't eat it - you'll hate it."  I cleared the table and we went out for Chinese food.
