Extremes . . .

Started off wet and foggy, water lying everywhere, roads flooded and zero visibility as I drove to Kirkwall to meet up with Lady Findhorn.  A bit of shop browsing, coffee and chat and lots of laughing followed!  She is quite a woman!  Lovely to spend relaxing time with her.

By the time I had despatched her back to the tender mercies of HL and got home, it was hot and sunny!  Ollie and I had a great time on the beach, me looking for shells and exploring rock pool, him swimming and playing in the sea.  

The day ended dramatically with Mike having another bad angina attack and ending up in hospital again.  Hopefully they will be able to stabilize him and he'll be back home tomorrow . . .
