DESSERT

My version of Cheesecake beach.....the castle is made of the biscuit base with cheesecake mix and fruit inside and the cones are filled with biscuit crumb and cheesecake......idea from GBBO winner 2013. Great fun but too much biscuit and not enough filling was the opinion from my testers!!!!

HAPPY..... For a lunch date with J and E at Botley Hill Farm....very enjoyable.....sorry you didn't feature girls!!!
