City scape

Busy  day.  In before 9 to check that a door was fixed and then to hear that another legal hitch was stopping a signature being applied.  

Then surprise, surprise the sun emerged in time for our BBQ.  Not as many members as we would have liked but celebrations were made and the food was eaten and every there had a jolly good time!

Slight problems at the Manor, a missing/lost phone and a confusion meant I had an unplanned visit but it was a lovely evening.

On the way home I went up the Hill and caught the end of the day, looking down on the city.  You could see rehearsals were in progress, for the Tattoo and Harmonium. Strange to think that down there the town is vibrating and alive with expectation whereas up here all is quiet.

Checked and realised that Mark Thomas is not sold out.  I may go.
