One of the best days in English cricketing history and though I had to turn down a ticket at Trent Bridge as I had an important meeting at H'row first thing I did get to watch it all day on my information device.

13 years ago I watched us get absolutely hammered in the Ashes in Australia and got 4 months of abuse from Aussie fans. Today was our turn. Incredible events as after 1hr 51 minutes, 110 balls and 60 runs we skittled them and Stuart Broad tool 8/25.

If any Australians are reading this please take your surname and simply add 'bowled Broad' to the end of it....
