pixel painting nearly done
And yes, it's another late night screen shot. After some creative input from the girl ("I like the minecraft one Mummy) I've pixelated the background. Hair has been (badly) coloured, butterflies, stars, and more grass added, plus her eyes have been slightly "bloated" (really unflattering term!) via the Liquify option. I wanted to pixelate her torso, as if she was gradually materialising, but reached the limits of my ability on Photoshop, so this one just has her swinging gleefully from the pixel world to the actual world, albeit via her view. I have achieved the pixelation thing on a different photo with fewer layers, where it worked. Should have this exercise written up and blogged tomorrow.
Other than that - well we did a quick top-up shop, caught up on some more Celebrity Masterchef (thank you @LouWestPhoto), went to the library, took the girl swimming and picked up a magazine. That'll do for today.
