Intertwined

A busy morning trying to catch up with all that's been neglected for a few days. 
By midday, the house was as childproofed ready as it was ever going to be for the arrival of Mckenzie. We played in the garden all afternoon, with the toys and I'm quite pleased to say that I've taught him to catch a ball. I think he was pleased too!! 
His favourite phrase today seems to be "You silly old bird"! I've had to tell him that it doesn't sound nice, especially when saying it to an elderly person (i.e. me!), so now he whispers it!!!  (I've just found out that it's from Peppa Pig and now I feel mean). 
These grasses and I think bindweed, caught my eye this evening whilst walking the dogs.
