More and more sweet peas

After yesterday's downpour
return of the sun
and more and more sweet peas
I cut one by one

The more blooms I gather
the more will appear
so I cut them in handfuls
a sweet souvenir

Fragile and fragrant
there's none to compare
with the gentle sweet pea
for a breath of fresh air
