IS THIS A BABY?

Not the best night's sleep last night due to a crying Daisy, just hoping it is better tonight. Well a damp morning, but it improved in the afternoon, did manage to see a little sun, but the evenings are getting a lot shorter especially when it is a grey day.
Saw this Heron, and think it is a young one, as it is a lot smaller and has a black head, maybe someone will know.
Going to be hard getting blips for about a week until I get this little girl into a routine, at the moment she will not let me out of her sight.
