La Forza

Excuse the lack of clothes in this photo but I thought it was a bit good to miss. I tried to do this but there was no hope I couldn't keep my legs up. I'm sure my little cousin Sal would be impressed with this and maybe teach me some better moves!!?

Not such a busy day and I managed to fit in a good gym session! My friend then cooked me dinner (poached eggs, mashed sweet potato and roasted veg). Yum! We then went to see the Amy Winehouse film - what an incredible story! Came out feeling very very sad, such a beautiful voice and character to be lost.
