S6D: day 3/WOC relays

Had a decent run in the generally attractive woods of the Darnaway Estate near Nairn: a few small mistakes and a bit warm but kept going well. Then helped with results (watching downloads and pasting results on the boards) before watching the relays. First place in both was soon decided, with the Danish women winning again but the Swiss men headed a tight battle for the lesser medals, with France and GB losing out to s storming last leg from Norway.
