Rueda Wine

I like a glass of chilled white wine....especially in the warm summer months.
A couple of years ago, we travelled from the coast up towards Galicia, and on the way, we passed through the wine area of Rueda.
Rueda specialises in white wines, mainly using the Verdejo grape. A Wonderful Discovery!
Today's Blip is of a bottle of our 'house wine'...easily available from the local supermarket.
The wine is pale yellow in colour, fresh on the palate and with a long, smooth velvety taste ...
( their words....not mine!). It goes very well with fish and sea food.....and we eat a lot of fish on the Mediterranean!
