Pumpkin in peril!

The cheek of it! This pesky slug has stripped one of the pumpkins bare! Thankfully, two others are still unmolested but we no longer have high hopes for a whopper pumpkin this year.

I enjoyed another half day off work in order to entertain Master Leo.  We headed to the pool today since it has been a rainy afternoon. Leo got stuck in and actually did lots of swimming instead of just messing about and he is coming on well. I couldn't coax him into the big pool as he still likes the security of being able to put his feet down but I reckon It won't be long before he'll feel confident enough to give it a go.
