Calories in the 100's

Chocolate chip treacle tray bake ready and waiting for tomorrow.  BBQ with the conservation volunteers to thank us for our help with the poly tunnels (after we have done more work on them!) and I promised this as my contribution.
Going to watch 'Bake Off' tonight, which always makes me feel rather inadequate as a cook, but i love it!
