this morning was taken up with doing a half marathon on the concept two rower...first half marathon in two years ,, done 3 minutes faster than that occasion. well pleased.. but boy does my butt know its done that .. then on to just another day at work.. took this shot of the colthorpe crossing which is notorious for going red and staying red forever.. bout the only thing i pointed the camera at today
