Broken Pipe

A rusting water tower on a WWII airfield. With a broken downpipe. How many years before it gets listed/demolished?

And there in the distance, bottom right, is the latest hot rod project of a specialist garage.Inside they were working on another hot rod in bright pink. I wanted to have a nose but there was a barking dog straining on a chain by the door. So I thought better of it and beat a retreat.
