Forest creature

Leaving  our place  for the shortest possible time, we went early to Galiano for supplies.  Musings and hubby came by with some friends on their boat-a surprise due to some boat engine issues.  Always nice to see them . The  friends and I had a walk around and then they all continued on their way.  The diver finally came, after a month of promising,  to check on our mooring buoys.   A bit of an odd day all around.    So... An odd blip.  This is what looks at us while we eat dinner on the dining porch.:-)
