Results Day

I was all set to go on my son's laptop at 8am to find out his exam results. However technology beat me to it and my son messaged me from Japan to say he had got the required B pass in higher maths so will be off to Dundee university in September.

Although it was dry it was extremely windy so I spent the day doing 'indoor stuff'! I have been meaning to sort out these display shelves since the kitchen was finished and I am very pleased with the results.

Above the recipe books are some holiday buys, all from various Greek islands. Then there is a silver tea service, this was a present from my mother in law for our Silver Wedding. On the top shelf is a Wedgwood coffee set called Susie Cooper. This was left to me by my Great Aunt and I finally have somewhere to have it on show.
