Nature discovery

We all set off this morning after a leisurely get up, to the nature discovery centre which was really buzzing being the school holidays.

C had a great time on the zip wire and big slide and R did her feeding and sleeping in all the right places so that I could help C playing.

We fed the ducks and met several friends there - a popular spot for the day. After an ice cream, cuppa and chat we moved to the cafe for lunch.

This afternoon we carried on with our craft and finished off painting and sticking. After a brief incident with spilled blue paint on the cream carpet, calm was restored!

Salad week continues here - T and I have made a pact to eat some summer salads this week, so far so good!
