Blipping someone instagramming a blip!

I'll start at the beginning, not of the day but our evening out.... We all took showers, then Evie decided she'd like to look pretty so her best play suit was put on and she experimented with make-up.... It was swiftly taken off and put on with a little direction!! Then we went to meet the Patersons at Le Plage to watch the sunset whist enjoying (sweating) cold beer under a palm topped gazebo! The children played on the beach and park building sand mounds and building rock towers! Then back home to quickly shower the sand off and back to meet Ninja and her family for drinks for their last night...

It's been wonderful having some friends here, I'll be honest and I suspect they will all agree, the idea of meeting for drinks back home (living a 5 minute walk away) would have ever crossed our minds but there's something special about meeting in a different country and we've all spent hours together and I hope I speak for both families when I say that we have had an absolute ball, we'll miss them when they make their move to the other side of the island tomorrow (it may not be the other side, my geography isn't great!!)
