The Hunter

I watched this mother as she sat in her high nest. After several minutes of watching me, she left her nest and settled on this tree a short distance away. After a few minutes more of watching me, she decided I wasn't much of a threat and started her morning hunt.  
She's a beautiful bird with dangerous talons as seen in the extra photos.
