This one is one of several new ones I think may be temporary or even if they survive they won't be seen much. 

At the recent Merchant City Festival there was a pop-up bar and several food stalls in a lane that's rarely used.  In fact its a gated lane which is usually locked.   Today they were removing all the temporary fittings which was a bit sad.
