Farewell to Skye
And so the week ends. The weather wasn't good but that didn't stop up doing anything (except venturing on to the mountains which was a shame given we could see the Red Cuillins from our back window). Skye is incredible and if you, dear reader, have a chance to spend time there - do! We've spent nearly every holiday for some thirty years in Scotland but the rain experienced on our journey home was the worst we've ever seen. So, no photos of note so have to use our family pic taken just before jumping in the car for another 11 hour journey. Hopefully T, H or L won't see this entry (plus Gemma of course), particularly given the only lens I had with me was my 'newish' 17-24 which really accentuated T's leg length. The reason I only had that lens (plus my 70-200) is another story - forthcoming blips will elaborate.
