RING-BILLED GULL

Another birding day, this time to Preston for a Ring-billed Gull. And not such a long day as last Friday so we were back home by 3pm and I had a bit of time with my patchwork quilt. It is so engrossing, relaxing, therapeutic, apart from the pin pricks.

That was a total of 15 back-blips and it was no fun. Some days I could not even remember what I did; whether it was blowing a gale or blazing with sunshine. I will either make sure that does not happen again, or I will give up all together.
