The Olympic Torch

Grandpa had phoned me last night to ask if he could come over and pick Ethan up from nursery today so he could take him to Broxburn to see the Olympic Torch.

Hubbie and I arranged to meet them there after work. However, after Grandpa discovering he'd left Ethan's coat at nursery and having to go back to it, then getting stuck in traffic and having to park miles away .... they missed seeing it by 2 minutes! I couldn't believe how busy it was in Broxburn and it was difficult to get a decent photo, especially as the torch bearer was there and gone in 60 seconds.

It then took us nearly 2 hours to get home cos the traffic was so busy!
