Rowan berries

Over the weekend I spotted several rowan trees in the hospital grounds laden with bright orange berries.  Before long it would seem they will be red and ripe, and it is only early August!

A quick swim after my night shift, a couple of hours sleep and then a hair appointment.  I'm now ready for bed!  We're heading to my brother's in Kirkcaldy tomorrow to see my niece and nephews.  Really looking forward to seeing them all!
