We went for a walk today, a bit of a wild goose chase, where the only 'wild' things we saw were these adorable sheep resting next to the road. We were trying to find an easy way to get to the hot river that is in the mountains above our town. After we had walked for 40 minutes and there were still no sign of the river, we turned around and fetched the car. We then drove to the end of the road, and still no river. After consulting a book I have about walks in Iceland (written by a British guy), we decided to try again tomorrow after work. Not sure if I will swim in the river, it depends on how hot the water is and how many tourists there are!
