Garden rescues

Picked this bunch of 10 slightly bedraggled roses just before the rain started, again, and they are now perfuming our front room. Lovely things. For some strange reason the weather this summer has delayed some plants but sent the roses crazy. There are millions of flowers and both of the plants in the front garden are far bigger than they have ever been. H can barely see out of her bedroom window and the yellow one is ginormous (good opportunity to use that word).
