John Barleycorn - not quite ready to die

After a good night’s sleep I felt fully refreshed after the Urkult weekend, with its late nights and so much to see and hear.
The sun was shining so we went for a long walk, equipped with coffee and biscuits.
On the way home we passed this field of barley, waving in the sun and breeze and looking peacefully beautiful. It wasn't ripe enough to make beer or whisky, as the song suggests.
