Agapanthus

Inspired by Technophobe's example of a few days ago, I found this Agapanthus in the garden today.

Meeting in Windermere first thing and then home for emails and chores.

No 1 son started a new job today which he found incredibly busy.  It seems the induction process seems to involve just throwing him plus another new colleague in at the deep end.  He seemed happy enough though.
