1991-2 Conflict
The Elaphite Islands, of which Kolocep is one, were fired upon during the siege of nearby Dubrovnik. This damaged building occupies one corner of Gornje Cleo's harbour, now populated by a bar, a great taverna, swimmers, and sea urchins.
