Fanned (Piwakawaka)

About the only spare time I had today was the 30 seconds it took me to take this photo.  Some days are just like that and in reality I'd rather be seriously busy than have too little to do.

I was really happy to finally capture a fantail with its tail fully fanned.  Such delightful wee creatures.  Although his eye is nicely focussed the rest of him is not quite as sharp as I'd like, but I'll live with it.
