Juvenile Blue Heron

We went for a boat ride and found this blue heron on a pier piling, his feathers were so beautiful without flaws; I think it is a Juvenile from the local Blue Heron Rookery.

Beautiful day at the beach but we had to drive home tonight to cooler weather and a few drops of rain.....and I mean literally less than a minute with a drop every few seconds.
