Shag on a Rock
After a wet start, when it cleared for a while, I went to the mouth of the estuary for a walk and blip hunt. There was a gorgeous light coming from the gap in the clouds and I have posted it in the extras.
My main blip was an experiment. The sea was very turbulent with an incoming tide rushing towards the estuary. I wondered if I could make it look more silky with no tripod or ND filters at hand. I pushed the aperture as small as I could and braced against a rock. The shag helped by sitting very still. I think it worked.
