Torteval scarecrow weekend

The lanes of Torteval were thronging this afternoon with hundreds of people doing the annual scarecrow walk. I liked this one as they looked colourful and traditional, there were some amusing ones about local political issues and others celebrating the 70th anniversary of liberation. It was s truly hot summer day today and we were able to sit outside in the sun until 7:45 pm.
