Today has been a bit of a non-event - a combination of blurred vision and non-stop rain putting a dampener on things...

... and just as I was writing that at 9.45pm, there was a power cut! I phoned SSE to report it, then went to bed by candlelight.

By morning all was well again - electricity and normal vision restored... but it's still raining. No surprise in that department.

The blips? Taken around 9pm when there was a respite in the rain, allowing me to dash up the road with my camera to catch the ominous sky.
