Twisty Roots

A damp start to the week. Its not heavy, just falling a little too often for my liking. In between showers I head out for a quick lunchtime walk along the Water of Leith between Dean Village and Belford Bridge. On the steep slopes next to that path, this tree clings on with twisty roots.
