Back in the Premier

First league game of the season for the Jambos; a Sunday lunchtime kickoff to keep the TV gods happy. I headed out early to catch the unfurling of the Championship flag (no wind, not much of an unfurl!) and just as well as I'd forgotten about the vagaries of the Sunday buses. Surprise of the day - the bus stop at my old stair in Dalry Road is now called Caledonian Village. Mmmm, tres posh.

Anyway, the match itself. 4:3 and if that's a sign of things to come I'll be on the beta blockers by Christmas. Some great goals mixed in with some kamikaze defending. Not a perfect combo but we'll take the 3 points.
