Here we all are in our NEW tent. Indie wasn't too sure about it - just as well as he isn't coming! We are going on the Tandem International Rally to the Czech Republic in a few weeks. Fu is coming too. We have a huge enormo-dome tent for all the family and we have light weight small tents but nothing in between. So off we went to Go Outdoors to have another look at their tents. They had a nice  3 man one, but that was out of stock. So the lovely assistant offered us the 4 man at the same price as the 3. emmmmm we thought. Then he found an ex demo of the 4 man and with a bit of discussion with his boss he got it down to £150. Thank you very much we will have that.

We took our new tent home and erected it on the front lawn. emmmmm no pegs. Then after much head scratching Mr PB realised the poles were wrong, and 2 guy ropes were a bit naff. so back to the shop we went. No problem or discussion they gave us a new 4 man tent for the same price. This one went up dead easy with pegs and the right poles. Here we are testing it.
