Canal be frank?

I had a lovely wander along the canal after work, taking photos of the barges there....but none of the snaps turned out terribly well.

I did, however, like this watery one which I must have taken by accident. I'm fascinated by water....I grew up with an amazing view of the Clyde and now I have the canal just outside my sitting room window. I like to be in, on, or under water and I don't like being too far away from it.....

My ex once said to me, 'Cailleach. you remind me of the sea.'
'Really?' I asked, 'Is it because I'm deep, dark and mysterious?'
'No,' he replied, 'You make me sick....'
