Painted Lady (I Think!) On Street Hill

We took a stroll along the ridge of Street Hill this afternoon and, although I took several landscapes of the view across the Levels, I haven't posted a butterfly blip for a while, so here it is.

As an extra, I've added one of another insect we spotted on our walk. Does anyone know what it is?
Spent a long time at the swimming pool this morning as a couple of fellow Yeovil fans were there and we were discussing the prospects for the season as we swam.

This evening it was pleasant enough to eat outside for the first time in a couple of weeks.

Edit: thanks to orchid99 for pointing out that this is actually a Small Tortoiseshell, not a Painted Lady.
