Torch Light Shines On

We missed all the excitement when the Olympic Torch passed the bottom of our road last night. When No 3 asked if we could go see the torch this morning - I couldn't say no. She's been doing a lot of work in Nursery about the Olympics (the real Olympics started in Glasgow she said).

We checked the map last night and decided to go see it in Bilston which is a small village outside of Edinburgh, and we should get a better view.

Very atmospheric. Loads of very friendly locals and the policemen were lovely ! this is 71 year old Judith and she was a very very happy lady !

No 3 was suitably impressed !
