Happy Dragonfly

Is it me or does this dragonfly (Common Darter) have a smiley face?

Spent a few hours at Minsmere this morning. Definitely a better day for butterflies than birds. Peacock, Large White, Small White, Comma, Grayling, Speckled Wood, Gatekeeper, Red Admiral, Brimstone.

A Turtle Dove and Bee Eater were seen but not by me so I had to make do with fishing displays by Common Tern, gliding displays by Marsh Harrier, a formation flypast by 4 Grey Heron and a fleeting glimpse of a Bittern.
