Wrapping up warm

This is a photo I took on my way to work this morning whilst deciding which scarf, gloves & boots to wear - in June!

Our office has been freezing cold all week & everyone seems tired & lacking in energy which is unusual. Is it the miserable weather,
or is there such a thing as moon phases affecting people's moods? Anyone else experienced the same this week?
